Patient Accounts Department
The patient accounts department at Comprehensive Rehab goes above and beyond the call of duty to assist our patients in maximizing their insurance benefits for services rendered in our facilities. We assist our patients in the following ways:
- Insurance verification of benefits is completed for each patient.
- A patient accounts representative meets with each patient at the start of care to review and help them understand their coverage.
- A patient accounts representative will work with patients to set up appropriate and manageable payment plans in an effort to make therapy affordable for all who need services.
- Our patient accounts department is extremely efficient and aggressive in working with insurance companies to maximize our patients' benefits.
We accept most private insurance, Medicare, and Iowa Medicaid.
